We will follow a rigorous procedure for potential tenants and manage the preparation of tenancy agreements and other statutory documentation.
We can advise on landlord’s obligations in respect of safety regulations, advice on rental values, even the level of furnishings for a particular property
Quarterly property inspections will be carried out and any potential problems highlighted to the tenant and landlord and will be dealt with appropriately

Ian W Haines CertREA FNAEA
Ian is in his early thirties and has for the last 12 years worked in Estate Agency in and around Newbury. Ian spent his childhood in Kintbury and was educated locally. Living and working locally for 30 years, Ian has an in depth knowledge of the area.
Having successfully run and managed other local agencies, Ian is now applying his unique style of uncompromising customer care with a mature and friendly approach to sales in Haines Residential. With over 12 years Estate Agency experience, Ian is an optimistic and enthusiastic professional who thrives on opportunities and commits himself to promoting the homes of his clients.
In 1995, Ian qualified with The Certificate of Residential Estate Agency, (CertREA) from The College of Estate Management in Reading. He is a fellow of The National Association of Estate Agents and has recently trained as a property auctioneer. |

A Newbury resident for 20 years, Sandra is a highly organised and motivated individual. Sandra draws from a wealth of experience and success in both sales and project management in the UK, US and Europe.
After a career break to raise her young family, Sandra became an estate agent 6 years ago and her professional approach meant that she was quickly promoted to a full time sales negotiators position within a local agency.
